★★★★★From the consultation appointment for phase 2 braces, putting on my daughter’s braces, to the follow up appointments, this experience has been absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff have been so thoughtful, kind and responsive. Dr. Chang is lovely to work with as a parent and he knows how to talk with my daughter in a way that’s informed and kind. She may continue to ask him if she “has” to wear her braces for a full 2-years and I think he kind of expects it I wish I had been introduced to Dr. Chang when we first started the braces process with my daughter. So glad we are here now!

Our youngest had some more complicated issues arise and Dr Chang was extremely helpful through the whole process and made himself available to answer questions multiple times through the whole ordeal. He was more helpful than our main dentist or an endodontist specialist who was consulted as well. I would recommend anyone who needs help with teeth straightening to consider Dr Chang. After discussing all possible routes, we decided that Invisalign was the best for me and I'm very happy with the results. One of my brothers did braces and the other needed an expander before doing Invisalign. Dr. Chang is incredibly skilled, patient, kind, detail oriented, and he always remembers what we talked about last time. He always explains very clearly all the treatment options and makes sure the patient's desires and needs are met. I have recommended him to many friends and they have all felt the same way! The staff are also very kind and they always greet patients with a smile on their face. The office is clean and beautiful as well.

★★★★★Chang orthodontics is fun and a great place to get your teeth fixed. I love that everyone is so friendly and gentle. Dr Chang talked us through the option of using IPE rather than an expander which has been a huge win as it is less uncomfortable and my child can brush their teeth so much more easily. The whole IPE expander was relatively uneventful which was a big contrast to other’s experiences.

★★★★★I can not express enough what an amazing choice Dr. Chang's office has been for our family. We were referred to the office from our dentist for orthodontic care for our teenage daughter. From the first visit we felt seen and heard and were given options for the care necessary for her. So far we are one year into her treatment and the timeframe and expectations have been on point and the results have been more than we could have expected. The ease of scheduling from the front office down to the care and service we have received from the entire team has been outstanding. We are seen so quickly and the office moves so efficiently that her appointments are swift and we can go on with our day. The office is always calm and settling but also you can hear the laughter of a happy staff and happy patients behind it. My daughter always tells me how wonderful Dr. Chang is and how he always pumps up the good work she is doing which encourages her to stay on track with her responsibilities at home. I can not say enough great things about the entire team and would recommend them time and again. I know we will need orthodontic care for our youngest when it comes time and I know where we will be going for SURE!
