Your first appointment is your initial consultation. We will review your concerns and goals for treatment, explain your diagnosis, and cover your treatment options. You will also get a quote and every payment option, including interest-free payment plans.

- Airway assessment included for every patient
- Written pricing with insurance coordination
- Same-day start if you want it, we set aside time for initial records
What to Bring
- Your referral slip and X-rays, if applicable
- A list of any medications you are taking
- Any known allergies or medical conditions
- Your insurance information, we will handle the verification

Dr. Michael Chang completed his 7-year dental and orthodontic specialty education at UCSF, where he now teaches as an award-winning Clinical Professor. He personally plans and monitors every case at Chang Orthodontics.
