Here at Chang Orthodontics we are dedicated to keeping you informed and want you to know what you can expect during your first visit with us.
The first appointment is your initial consultation. We will review your concerns and goals for treatment, explain your diagnosis, and cover your treatment options. We will also be able to provide a quote to you and discuss payment options, including interest-free payment plans.
You will want to bring the following information with you to the consultation appointment:
- Your referral slip and X-rays if applicable
- A list of any medications you are taking
- Any known allergies or medical conditions
Our goal is to make treatment as convenient for you as possible. For example, we set aside time at your consultation to take care of the initial records appointment, if you wish to eliminate a need to come back to our office.
